- If the products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee will be covered by us. In this case, you must make the return shipment with "Aras Kargo". When you choose other shipping companies, the shipping fee will belong to you.
Products that cannot be returned;
- Products with opened original packaging cannot be returned.
- Installed products cannot be returned.
